  8. Probably because they almost always seem to work without any problems.
  9. BTW, the 1.08 Fireball should work very well for you, especially on a 3000
  10. where you can run in syncronous mode if any other drives are compatible.

  15. More likely crappy controllers that they don't know enough about to fix.
  16. In a recent test in the Computer Paper of AT drives, the Quantum was the
  17. recommended choice for overall performance.
